BibTeX to CITATION.cff

A CITATION.cff file tells people how to cite your software or dataset, in the plain-text Citation File Format. When it sits in the root of a repository, GitHub adds a “Cite this repository” button that offers APA and BibTeX citations (GitHub documentation).

Paste the BibTeX entry of the paper that describes your work and this page writes the file, with the paper as its preferred citation.

The conversion runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you paste or upload is sent to Schovis.

One entry, as exported by Google Scholar, Zotero or your reference manager.
